What payment options are available at www.alfalfa-seeds.com?

Orders from www.alfalfa-seeds.com can be paid for with:

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express)
PayPal (you can PayPal funds to payment@alfalfa-seeds.com)
Money Orders denominated in U.S. Dollars only

Will my credit card be charged immediately when I place an order?

No. Your credit card will not be charged until your package has physically left our facility.

What's the cutoff time for you to ship my order on the same day?

Monday through Friday, we ship all orders on the SAME day if we receive the order before 3:00 pm EST.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order. If it has been shipped, it will then become a "return". Returns will receive a full refund, minus a $2.00 processing fee.

Can I add more items to my order after my order is already placed?

Yes. Send us an e-mail at ask@alfalfa-seeds.com or call (888) 849-3307. If you contact us before 3:00 pm EST, we can add or remove items from your order.

I want to send an order as a gift to someone. Can you leave out the invoice?

Sure thing! We'll even include a special note for you. Just let us know in the "Customer Notes" section during the checkout process.

Shipping

Does alfalfa-seeds.com ship to my country?

We are building our list of countries we ship to as we go. If your country is not included on our ship-to list, please e-mail us at customercare@alfalfa-seeds.com and include your country. Ultimately, our goal is to ship to any country in the world that has a functioning postal service.

How much do you charge for shipping, and how soon will my package arrive?

Please see our shipping information page. It details everything regarding our shipping standards and policies.

I see a "Pick Up" option within "Delivery Method" during checkout. What does that mean?

You can pick up your orders here at alfalfa seeds, if you live in or near Palm Coast, Florida. Select this shipping option and be charged nothing for shipping!

Can you send me a tracking number for my order after you've shipped it?

No. We ship by United States Postal Service, and they do NOT provide a tracking service. However, we can offer a Delivery Confirmation number on packages shipped within the United States via Priority Mail, or a label number for packages shipped outside the United States via Global Priority Mail.

How will I know when you've shipped my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you provided in your profile. After we ship your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. If there are any issues regarding your order, then we will contact you directly.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes! Gift Certificates can be ordered in any amount. They are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. The recipient of a Gift Certificate will receive an e-mail with a Gift Certificate code redeemable only on our website. See our gift certificate page for more information.
